01. Commercial Catering Workshop
We have a dedicated Commercial Catering workshop where Gastec instructors provide training and instruction on the latest product ranges. Including a fully-fitted commercial kitchen incorporating a range of both gas and electric appliances from market leaders. We cover all the COMCAT appliances in our gas training centre.
02. Commercial Gas Workshop
A dedicated Commercial gas training workshop to allow all candidates practical hands-on experience working with commercial appliances, carrying out similar tasks to those they will be expected to demonstrate in the ACS assessment. We have a full range of commercial appliances ensuring everyone has their own to train on.
03. Combination Boiler workshop
A dedicated Domestic combination boiler workshop offering training on installation, servicing and fault-finding skills. We hold multiple popular brands of commonly found boilers to give you the most diverse training experience possible. We ensure that every candidate has their own appliance to work on with every single course we run.
04. Heat Pump Technology
A dedicated Heat Pump Technology area covering installation, servicing, commissioning and design of Heat Pumps to comply with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) entry criteria. Mobile in-classroom rigs alongside a fully working bivalent system with a full underfloor heating layout giving more hands-on training.
